Your information

Privacy, explained clearly.

This notice explains what THE ETTI GROUP collects through its website, why it is collected, and the choices available to you.

Effective September 16, 2026

Information you provide

When you send a service request, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, selected service, preferred timing and contact method, and the details you choose to include in your message.

How we use it

  • To confirm, review, and respond to your request.
  • To coordinate appropriate services and follow-up communication.
  • To protect the request form and website from misuse or automated spam.
  • To maintain reasonable business records and meet legal obligations.

How information is handled

Requests are transmitted over an encrypted connection and processed using our website hosting and Google Workspace tools. We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help operate the website and communications, or when required by law.

Website security information and cookies

To protect the website and request form from misuse, our systems temporarily process technical information such as your IP address, browser or device information, request timing, and a security token. Cloudflare may place the necessary __cf_bm cookie to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic. This encrypted security cookie expires after 30 minutes of inactivity and is not used by THE ETTI GROUP for advertising or to follow you across other websites.

What not to submit

Please do not send medical records, financial or payment information, government identification numbers, or account passwords through the form.

Retention and your choices

Routine service inquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last interaction. Information connected with completed services may be retained longer when reasonably needed for accounting, tax, dispute, safety, or legal obligations. Security information is kept only as long as needed to protect the website or investigate misuse. You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements.
